• October 31, 2018 – Due date for teams to submit first-round entries
  
  
• November 1-15, 2018 – Period for schools to evaluate all first-round entries and notify APICS of up to two advancing teams
  
  
• November 16-30, 2018 – Period for virtual judging round
  
  
• December 2018 – Top college/university round winners announced and invited to regional round
  
  
• February, 2019 – Regional round held worldwide in several cities
  
  
• October, 2019 – Final competition at APICS 2019 conference
